I don’t even know where to start!, i handed my ID and Ken the cashier checked it under the light and insisted that it was fake!. Ken told me he couldn’t give my ID back to me and that he had to call the cops , he pulled out a book and tried to show me what a “real ID looks like”
I had to show them my pistol permit so I wasn’t being accused my ID was fake and so the cops didn’t get called on me!!!
That was the worst experience ever, I really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!
Love this place! Friendly staff knowledgeable staff. Large selection of beers. And competitions for big prizes. Won a grill there myself.
Good selection of native Pennsylvania craft brews. And all the usual domestic an imported beers. Helpful staff. Lottery. Just how you want a pa distributer to be.
I am no expert in beers but the owner was extremely helpful in finding us what he thought we would like, and he was spot on! He took his time explaining and asking questions on our tastes and recommended a brand he thought we would enjoy. The selection of beers is also amazing, experts and newbies alike can get lost with the selections available.
There's not much you can't find here, great selection and the staff is helpful if you need them. It's pretty well organized so I've never found myself needing any help.
At night when the owner Greg is not at the store, the staff treat customers badly, even looking for fights. Nothing could be worse for customer relations. I won't be back and I had been a good customer. There are many other beverage companies around with pleasant staff. Customers should never have to experience this kind of treatment.
Super awesome beer store. They had beer tastings outside on Friday night. Super friendly staff and there’s good music that plays inside as well. Also, there are more selections here than some beer stores in the surrounding areas. We found what we were looking for easily!
These guys are great to work with. They have a fantastic inventory and if they don’t have it, they will get it for you and I have asked for some unusual beers and every time they been able to deliver. In fact, this is about an hour and 15 minutes away from where I live, and I gladly make the trip just because they treat me so well.
One last thing, on a couple of occasions I have sent an email after closing hours and they have responded to me. And if they didn’t respond to me that night - first thing in the morning, they responded. Very customer oriented.
It's one of the best beer distributors in the area! The selections are endless. I first stepped through the doors in 2008, and even after moving away from Exton, I still make it a point to stop in and say hello and grab some IPAs.
Excellent beer selection with a nice staff. Always fun seeing brews that I haven't heard of!
